When splittune is false, if a new tune needs more space than
the remaining space of the current page, this tune starts on a new page.
If true, there is no page check, and the tunes may be cut anywhere before
starting a new page.
If odd or even, the tunes are not split and start on
a page the number of which is odd of even (abcm2ps only).
