Display all the music in a single line.
When this parameter is set, the width of the page is adjusted so that each tune is rendered as a unique SVG image.
When this parameter is '2', the width of the music is not smaller than the normal page width.
Note: Using this parameter while inserting music line breaks as T:, %%text... would give unpredictable results...
