These parameters define how the repeat brackets are drawn.
When rbdbstop is set (default),
the repeat brackets stop on a double bar ("||").
When playing with abc2svg, this parameter also sets such bars as doing
start-repeat ("|:").
The rbmax value is the maximum number of mesure bars
which are searched for stopping a repeat bracket.
If no stopping bar is found, the repeat bracket is stopped at
the rbminth bar.
