This parameter applies a left shift of the following SVG images.
It is mainly used for printing the XHTML files generated by
abc2svg.
In fact, for printing, the web browsers use immutable and/or
'user defined' margins, which shift the documents to the right.
This parameter permits to get correctly centered printed documents
with ABC files designed for other typesetting programs as
abcm2ps.
