When set to a non null value, the PostScript output file contains marks which may be used by the PS to PDF translators to create a PDF index of the tunes.
If int is greater than 1, generate pdfmarks for titles and subtitles, otherwise, if int is 1, generate pdfmarks for the main titles only.
