Include all the styles in each SVG image.
When this parameter is not set, the SVG styles are defined only once, then, the images cannot be easily extracted and displayed in some other context.
When this parameter is set, each image may be extracted and
copied to an other context.
To avoid inheritance problems, the string is added to the font
class names and makes them unique.
%%fullsvg may appear only in a global definition
(i.e outside the tunes).
