bgcolor defines the background color on SVG output (abc2svg)
or XHTML output (abcm2ps with option -X).
fgcolor defines the foreground color on SVG output
(abc2svg only).
The color may be a color name (like 'lightblue') or
a hexadecimal RGB color (like '#faf0e6').
When bgcolor is not set, the SVG images are transparent,
but, in this document, the CSS sets the SVG background color to white.
